Xnoll provides subscription-based software services for business operations such as invoicing, reporting, customer records, and configurable workflows.

• Cloud-hosted web applications and associated APIs.
• Role-based access for teams, companies, and invited users.
• Service improvements, security updates, and performance enhancements.

2. Account Registration and Access

• You must provide accurate account and business information.
• You are responsible for login credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must promptly update contact details (email, mobile, company details).
• You must ensure all authorized users follow these Terms.

Xnoll may suspend access if account information is fraudulent, misleading, or used for unlawful activity.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

• Paid features are available on recurring subscription plans.
• Pricing, taxes, and billing cycle details are shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal date.
• Late or failed payment may result in downgrade, suspension, or service pause.

Unless required by law, fees paid are non-refundable. Trial and promotional offers may have additional conditions.

4. Customer Data and Ownership

• You retain ownership of business data you upload or generate in Xnoll.
• You grant Xnoll limited rights to host, process, and back up that data.
• We process data to operate the service, secure accounts, and provide support.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

You are responsible for lawful data collection and required notices/consents from your users and customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including:

• Uploading malware, spam, or malicious code.
• Attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or reverse engineering.
• Violating privacy, intellectual property, financial, or tax laws.
• Using Xnoll for illegal transactions, fraud, or deceptive business practices.

6. Security, Availability, and Support

• Xnoll applies industry-standard safeguards for confidentiality and integrity.
• Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or external issues.
• Critical updates may be deployed without advance notice for security reasons.
• Support is provided based on your active plan level and support channel.

We recommend enabling account-level security controls and periodic data exports.

7. Intellectual Property

• Xnoll, its software, branding, UI, and documentation remain Xnoll property.
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during subscription.
• You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service without permission.

Feedback provided by you may be used by Xnoll to improve products and services.

8. Suspension and Termination

• You may cancel your subscription as per your plan settings.
• Xnoll may suspend or terminate for Terms violations, fraud, or legal risk.
• After termination, access may be removed and data retention timelines apply.

Export important business data before account closure to avoid loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xnoll is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Xnoll total liability for claims related to paid services is limited to fees paid for the applicable service period immediately preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Updated versions become effective when published. Continued use of Xnoll after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws where Xnoll is established, unless a separate enterprise contract specifies otherwise.
